Our party's reputation we shall defend
We've blasted each other in paper, radio, and TV
And given our ideals air for all to see
So we hate each other because of where we stand
And we know each other have something else planned
But we'll go on Tuesday and make the call
And hopefully our candidate will win it all.
Let's hope that who wins will give peace of mind
And prosperity rampant we shall find
Every man will pay on his own very due
And the economy crisis will no longer be true
Taxes go down and our paychecks go to the sky
And we can wave our national conflicts goodbye
Joe the Plumber will be in every person's home
And the oceans will still be white with foam.
So in this election, pick the person that is just like you
And hopefully the person you pick will pick you too! |
